A/C tune-up includes:

• Check, clean, and lubricate fan motors
• Check refrigerant levels & pressure
• Check system airflow
• Check & adjust thermostat
• Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect and clean condenser
• Inspect condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect
• Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
• Inspect compressor at startup
• Verify proper voltage and amp draw at components

Furnace tune-up includes:

• Check thermostat
• Inspect heat exchanger
• Check, clean, and lubricate fan motors
• Check blower motor amps
• Check filter system (clean / replace filter)
• Check & clean pilot burner / flame rod
• Check safety controls and switches
• Check & adjust heat rise
• Test for carbon monoxide/ Perform combustion analysis
• Inspect gas piping
• Inspect flue venting system
• Clean burners and assembly
• Check & clean condensate pump / lines
• Inspect & adjust electrical connections
• Check system airflow

When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
